Cancellation Policy
Who can join: Adults (18+). Join after a taster and invitation. What’s included: Weekly rehearsals (with Easter/Christmas breaks), show/concert rehearsals, Choir Drive access (parts/lyrics/guides), chances to audition for small ensembles and external events, 20% off courses (excludes 1:1 and studio sessions). Minimum term & shows: First 3 months minimum. You can’t cancel within 1 month of a show. Venues: London venues may change if needed; we’ll aim to provide alternatives when disruptions occur. Attendance & prep: Tell your MD if you’ll miss rehearsal (email/WhatsApp). Regular attendance and learning your repertoire are expected—insufficient prep may mean pausing membership before a showcase. Payments: Fees are due on the date set at sign-up. Late/non-payment may suspend or cancel membership. Arrangements/resources: LVA materials are for LVA use only; do not share or adapt outside LVA without MD permission. Behaviour & safety: Be respectful and follow MD/staff direction. Limit phone use to instructed recordings. Zero tolerance for bullying/harassment/abuse. Look after your belongings. Ending/pausing: To cancel, email info@londonvoiceacademy.com . No cancellations within the first 3 months or within 1 month of a show. Pauses only in exceptional cases with management approval. LVA suspension/termination: Possible for persistent absence/late cancellations, disrespectful behaviour, non-payment, or where continuing isn’t in either party’s best interests.
