Pricing plan & 1:1 - Booking Policy

1) Rescheduling & Cancellations
* 72 hours’ or more notice: Free reschedule.
* Less than 72 / no-show: 100% fee.
These charges reflect the late-notice impact and the lost opportunity to reallocate your slot.

2) Sickness / Wellness Policy
* If you have potentially infectious symptoms (fever, sore throat, new cough, flu-like illness, vomiting/diarrhoea), please don’t attend in person.
* Online switch: You can convert to Zoom/FaceTime with notice—email or WhatsApp and you’ll be sent a link.
* Fees while unwell: The same timing rules apply (see Section 1). If you’re unsure, choose online to avoid disruption.
* No medical details needed—we rely on honesty to keep everyone safe.
* Reasonable adjustments: If you have an ongoing health condition, tell us and we’ll make adjustments (e.g., default online).

3) Same-Day Emergencies
At our discretion, once the session is paid in full, you may request one reschedule within 7 days for a same-day emergency.

4) Lateness
Arriving 15+ minutes late is treated as an unexcused cancellation and charged in full.

5) Payment & Non-Payment
Failure to meet these conditions—or refusal of payment for late cancellations, no-shows or unexcused lateness—may result in suspension or termination of future sessions.

6) Ending Your Sessions (Client-Initiated)
Please give at least one session’s notice if you intend to stop. Sessions already booked remain subject to the above timing/fee rules. Last-minute terminations may still be attended, rescheduled (per rules), or charged.

7) Dismissal/Termination (Coach-Initiated)
We may suspend or terminate services where it’s reasonable to do so, including for:
* repeated failure to attend or persistent late-notice cancellations,
* inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour,
* non-payment of tuition or cancellation fees, or
* if, in our professional judgement, sessions are no longer in the best interests of one or both parties.

Pricing Plans - 

Once purchased you agree to complete all remaining sessions

Must be used within 3 or 6 months of purchasing depending on length of plan

It is clients responsibility to plan and book all sessions using website calendar or by email request

Refunds can't be given but lessons can be rescheduled anytime up to 72 hours in advance.

Purchasing a pack is not confirmation of session date

If you arrive late to your session you are entitled to the remainder of your session but the missed time will not be made up. If your session is at the studio, check any planned travel restrictions in

Sessions must be cancelled at least 72 hours ahead of scheduled time . Any cancellations made within this time-frame will still be charged.

An absence of 15 minutes into the session time will be considered an unexcused cancellation and therefore session payment is expected to the full amount.

Failure to meet these conditions or refusal of payment may result in a termination of future sessions.

Terminating Sessions

Notification prior to permanent termination is requested of at least one session in advance. Any last-minute terminations and notifying with short notice will still be expected to either attend, reschedule, pay for or not receive a refund for the next session.

Issues warranting dismissal and termination by the coach might include: repeated failure to attend sessions, offenses of inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour, failures to pay tuition or cancelation fees and if it is in the best interest the coach feels sessions are no longer serving one or both parties
